How to become a Member


Thank you for your consideration in joining us! Becoming a member at Lenape Trail is easy. We prefer you do this at a meeting, which is at 7pm the second Tuesday of every month, so we can meet and welcome you – however we also understand that work schedules and busy family lives can make attending meetings challenging. Therefore, the steps below may be taken by mail for your membership. Whether you come to a meeting or join by mail I will need your name, birth date, current address, phone number and a signed Application Agreement. The initial cost is $100, which is our annual fee of $60 plus a $40 initiation fee. This covers you for membership from the time you join until the next annual dues for the following year which is due by December 31st of every year and is $60. For instance, if you joined in June of 2017 you would pay $100 and would be a current member until December 31st of 2017. Sometime before December 31st you would pay $60 for annual dues, and this payment would make you a current member covering you from January 1st 2018 until December 31st 2018 – at which time dues would be due again for 2019.
