A company named Vitalant would like to hold a blood drive at our club. Before we set up a date, they need to gauge the interest in our club members and the community. They need at least 15 people to say they definitely would come donate, but if it looks like more they need to know that too to send the appropriate amount of staff. As some of you may know, my wife and I were in a terrible car accident last August. What many of you don’t know is the hospital kept running out of blood to save my wife. She was four days in surgery, in part because the blood supply was low and they had to search around and keep asking for more to be sent. So this drive is personal to me.
